The General Secretariat of the State Council launches the self-service system

The General Secretariat of the State Council launched the self-service system, a system that provides the process of electronic signatures that include legal authentications and the automation of the flow of transactions, so that it speeds up and facilitates the process of follow-up, with the mechanism in the system to ensure the integrity of the data entered legally and procedurally.
Mr. Khalid bin Juma Al Hashemi – Assistant Secretary General for Administrative and Financial Affairs stated that the self-service system comes within the framework of developing and updating the existing systems and is one of the components of the human resources system and the council employees depend on it to present their licenses and approve them automatically without the need to use paper as the system provides The employee may inquire about his personal and employment data, salary, vacations and training courses obtained.
